This native to Australia is commonly known as the coastal Banksia. It is an evergreen tree and is the hardiest of all the Banksias. It will tolerate a windy location and will produce pale yellow flowers from late summer into winter. Height 5m but can be pruned to keep shorter and bushier. Best planted in an open sunny situation in a gritty, well drained acidic soil.
