Aloe dichotoma

The Quiver tree so called as the natives used the branches to make quivers for their arrows. A tall tree Aloe indigenous to South Africa. A long lived succulent that is said to survive for up to 80 years or more in South Africa but as it is not fully hardy this is unlikely to ever happen in Europe. A rarely offered plant and would make a great addition to any garden.
