Banksia attenuata Dwarf
Commonly known in Australia as the Sandplain Banksia. An outstanding ornamental species that is used for cut flowers production because of the bright yellow flowers that grow at the tips of the branches. The linear leaves get up to 30cm long and 3cm wide with deeply serrated edges. Prefers open sunny locations with deep well drained soils to avoid waterlogging and is drought and frost resistant. Height 1.5m and spread 2m.
