Moraea huttonii

This is a hardy bulbous perennial from South Africa. It produces yellow iris like flowers on stems above the narrow strap like leaves during the spring/summer. Each stem having several flowers in succesion down the stem. Best planted in a fairly well drained soil in a sunny position.
