We would like to make all of our customers aware that all orders received after midday on Tuesday 14th December will not be despatched until after the new year bank holidays. Thank you for your continued support throughout 2021.
Due to the current situation we are sending as many orders as possible via a next day courier service, we can't guarantee this time limit as they are very busy. We are not asking the courier for a signature at the delivery address for obvious reasons but if you would like the parcel left somewhere specific please inform us when ordering and we will try to make a note for them. Small and light orders will still be sent via Royal mail and all will be First class post. The cost for delivery anywhere in the UK is £10 for any order up to £100. Any orders over £100 will have free delivery.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DUE TO BREXIT WE STOPPED SENDING ORDERS TO EU COUNTRIES AT THE END OF NOVEMBER 2020.
We try to keep up with dispatching all orders as soon as possible and are currently up to date. We don't want any plants 'stuck in the system' over the weekend so we can't guarantee sending out any orders received on or after Wednesday afternoon. These orders are prepared ready until the following Monday and processed in numerical order. This is due to the collection on a Thursday then being delivered on a Friday. DHL is our preferred courier currently and they will charge any extra £4 to deliver each parcel on a Saturday so we don't need to pass this on.
