Aulax umbellata

This will develope into a shrub with bright yellow flower heads during the summer. It's long slender branches ascend from the main stem reaching up to 2 metres tall. Being dioecious meaning some plants can be male and some can be female the flowers are different as the male flowers present the pollen to winds which aids pollination. The female flowers are more cup shape which aids the collection of the pollen. Please note the photos. As we sell these prior to them flowering we are unable to guarantee which a plant will be.
