Baloskion tetraphyllum 'Cornish Gold'

This fast growing restio is a sport which was discovered on the nursery. The straight Baloskion tetraphyllum is native to Tasmania. We think that this is the first variegated restio offered for sale in the UK. It is a clump forming evergreen perennial that produces new culms with golden banding which grow very upright. Height and spread 1.5m. Plant in a sunny position in a moisture retentive soil. Hardy -8c
