Banksia media 'Compact form'

This form was grown from seed selected at the Banksia farm, Australia. It will form a compact shrub with evergreen leaves and golden yellow flower cones. It can be pruned to shape, but will only reach a height and spread of 1.5m if left. As it is a smallish shrub it will also make a good container plant. Ideal compost would be ericaceous and grown in a sunny position. A valued member of the Protea family.
