Banksia repens

The 'Creeping Banksia' this is one of the prostrate growing Banksia. It will send bronze-brown stems out horizontally across the surface of the soil to form a big clump. Yellow- brown flower cones are produced on the maturing stems. A great ground cover plant with only 30-40cm height. Like most members of the Protea family it is best grown in full sun for the best results. Protect from severe frosts.
