Conostylis candicans

Commonly known as Grey Cottonheads. A flowering plant endemic to south west of Western Australia. The lovely long slender grey leaves are a great contrast to the bright yellow spherical flower heads. They like good drainage and a sunny spot and can be used in borders and also look fabulous in pots and containers. As they can tolerate drought conditions they do work well on a patio in troughs and pots.
