Echium decaisnei

Echium decaisnei is a branching evergreen shrub native to the Canary Islands, primarily Gran Canaria.

It has a height and spread up to about 1.5 meters and produces dense, conical spikes of white funnel-shaped flowers with delicate pink or blue throats in late spring and summer.

They are best planted in an open sunny position in well drained soil. They will tolerate a light frost but will thrive in coastal microclimates.
