Watsonia zeyheri

This Watsonia has wide sword shaped leaves that contrast wonderfully with the bright orange flowers in late summer. These form on 1m tall flower spikes with up to 20 flowers per spike and many spikes will be produces by an established clump. This Watsonia grows naturally in marshy and sandy areas and will tolerate plenty of water during the summer months but won't like to be waterlogged in the winter.
